Trace the Lost

Jennifer Holzman Psy.D., Clinical and Wellness Advisor

I’m passionate about helping adults navigate life’s most challenging emotional experiences. I specialize in working with adults who have experienced complex trauma throughout the lifespan and support them in navigating the pain that comes with those experiences. I’m a DBT-Linehan Board Certified Clinician and use a range of evidence-based approaches, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), DBT for complex PTSD, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Prolonged Exposure.

Currently, I work as a psychologist at the Dialectical Behavior Therapy Center in Houston. I’m licensed in both Indiana and Texas, offering virtual sessions in Indiana and both in-person and virtual sessions in Houston.

Over the years, I’ve worked in many different settings, from community mental health and college counseling to the VA medical center and intensive outpatient programs. I earned my doctorate in Clinical Psychology from La Salle University in Philadelphia. These experiences have shaped how I approach therapy, with compassion, curiosity, and deep respect.
